Simple websites are usually delivered in weeks. Applications and platforms are scoped in phases with agreed milestones. Timelines are confirmed in the proposal.
Can Trappist improve an existing product?
Yes. Trappist audits, modernises, extends and maintains existing software, including systems built by other teams.
Do you work with non-technical clients?
Yes. You describe the problem in plain language. Trappist handles the technical decisions and explains them without jargon.
What happens after I submit a brief?
Your private workspace is created immediately and you receive a confirmation email with your reference and an organised summary of your business brief. The team reviews the brief before your Project Consultation. You can sign back in to your workspace at any time with your email.
How is AI used in the delivery process?
AI organises requirements, accelerates prototyping, documentation, development workflows and testing. Experienced people lead scope, architecture, quality and delivery decisions.
Who owns the completed software?
You do. On final payment, the agreed deliverables and their source code are yours.
Does Trappist provide maintenance and support?
Yes. Ongoing maintenance, support and further development can be agreed as part of the proposal or afterwards.
Is my proposed Project Consultation time confirmed immediately?
If the interface shows live available slots, the chosen slot is confirmed when the brief is submitted. If you propose a time outside live scheduling, it remains pending until the Trappist team confirms it or offers an alternative.
